TritonSleep 1.1 is available now on the App Store and Google Play, with a new area called Dreams: a private journal and a set of gentle tools for people who want to remember dreams or explore lucid dreaming.
Your journal stays on your device
Write an entry or capture a voice note when you wake, add tags and recurring dream signs, and use a low-light night screen when you do not want to fully wake yourself. Entries are stored locally, and you can export your journal when you choose.
Techniques, with honest context
The app includes guided MILD, WBTB, SSILD, WILD, FILD and dream-incubation techniques, evidence ratings, optional overnight cues, a wake-back-to-bed alarm, local reality-check reminders, personal statistics and an optional 30-day course.
Dreams joins the existing five-layer sound mixer, sleep timers and fades, breathing exercises, tone generator, wind-down routines and affirmations. There is still no account, advertising or analytics profile.
A wellness tool, not a treatment
TritonSleep is for general wellness, reflection and education. It does not diagnose or treat sleep conditions, and no lucid-dreaming technique can guarantee a particular result. If sleep problems persist, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
