Please read this End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") carefully before downloading or using PupPlan. By downloading, installing, or using PupPlan, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
This Agreement is between you ("User" or "you") and TritonApps ("TritonApps", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer and publisher of PupPlan. By downloading, installing, or using PupPlan on any device, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use PupPlan. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf. PupPlan is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, TritonApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use PupPlan solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, on the following platforms:
- Apple iOS / iPadOS (via the Apple App Store)
- Android (via Google Play)
This licence does not include the right to:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of PupPlan;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code;
- Sub-licence, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit PupPlan;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on PupPlan.
3. User Accounts
PupPlan works offline by default. You may optionally create a cloud account to enable data backup and Pet Family sharing features.
- Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tritonapps.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information current.
- Pet Family sharing: PupPlan allows you to invite other users to a shared "Pet Family" via an invite link. You may invite other individuals for personal, household use. You are responsible for the people you invite; treat invite links like a password and only share them with people you trust. You can revoke an invite at any time from within the app.
- One account per person: Accounts are for individual use. You may not share your account credentials with others; use the Pet Family invite feature to give others access to shared pet profiles.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Subscription
PupPlan is available as an annual subscription. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged for the annual subscription. Details of the current subscription price are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
4.2 Billing & automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically each year on your renewal date unless cancelled before that date. Your payment method will be charged through the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play) via RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.
4.3 How to cancel
- iOS / iPadOS: Open the Settings app → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select PupPlan → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select PupPlan → Cancel subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
4.4 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are subject to each platform's refund policy:
- Apple: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google: Request a refund through Google Play within the applicable window.
TritonApps does not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds independently of the platform stores.
4.5 Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. The platform store will notify you of any price change before your next renewal. Continued use of PupPlan after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.
5. User Content & Data
PupPlan allows you to create and store content such as pet profiles, photos, health records, activity logs, walk routes, and other information ("User Content").
- Your ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
- Licence to TritonApps: By storing User Content in the cloud features of PupPlan, you grant TritonApps a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the service.
- Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
- Privacy: Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, and protect your data.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use PupPlan to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of PupPlan or its underlying infrastructure;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of PupPlan or its related systems;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or collect data from PupPlan;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use PupPlan in any way that could harm animals or facilitate animal abuse or neglect.
7. Intellectual Property
PupPlan, including all content, features, functionality, branding, source code, design, and underlying technology, is owned by TritonApps or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Dog breed information, training content, and other third-party data included in PupPlan are used under licence or in accordance with their respective terms. Specific attributions are available within the app where applicable.
Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights in TritonApps' trademarks, logos, or brand features.
8. Third-Party Services
PupPlan integrates with the following third-party services. By using PupPlan, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of these services:
- Google Firebase (authentication, cloud database, storage) – Firebase Terms of Service
- RevenueCat (subscription management) – RevenueCat Terms of Service
- Sentry (error tracking) – Sentry Terms of Service
- Apple Maps / Google Maps (walk route tracking) – Apple Maps Terms / Google Maps Terms
TritonApps is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
9.1 "As is" disclaimer
PUPPLAN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRITONAPPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9.2 Not veterinary advice
Content in PupPlan — including health tracking information, breed information, training guides, and any other content — is provided for informational and organisational purposes only. It does not constitute professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for advice regarding your pet's health.
9.3 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRITONAPPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF PUPPLAN. IN ALL CASES, TRITONAPPS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRITONAPPS FOR PUPPLAN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $10.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TritonApps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of PupPlan;
- Your violation of this Agreement;
- Your User Content;
- Your violation of any third-party right.
11. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting PupPlan from your devices and, if applicable, deleting your account from within the app.
TritonApps may suspend or terminate your access to PupPlan at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this Agreement or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or to the service.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your licence to use PupPlan ends immediately. If you delete your account, your cloud data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data stored locally on your device is not automatically removed when you delete your account; use the app's "Clear All Data" option or uninstall the app to remove local data.
Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, and 14 survive termination of this Agreement.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal resolution: Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@tritonapps.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and TritonApps agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or by email (if we have your email address) before the changes take effect. The updated Agreement will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of PupPlan after the effective date of the updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
