TritonPanels is Live: Your Premium Comic Reader

Today we're delighted to announce that TritonPanels, our premium comic book reader, is officially live on the App Store and Google Play. If you've got a collection of comics — scanned, bought as CBZ or CBR, or saved as PDF — TritonPanels gives them the reading experience they deserve.

We built TritonPanels because the comics we love deserve more than a generic file viewer. No ads between pages, no nagging, no shipping your library off to someone else's server. Just a beautiful, fast reader and a proper home for your collection — on your phone and tablet.

Your comics, from your own cloud

TritonPanels is built around the library you already own. Connect Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive and read your comics straight from your account — the files never touch our servers. Prefer to keep everything offline? Import comics directly from your device instead. Either way, covers and series details appear automatically, pulled from ComicInfo.xml where it exists.

A reader that gets out of the way

Read the way you like: single page, double-page spreads for that printed-comic feel, or smooth continuous scroll. Add a tactile 3D page-curl, pinch to zoom into the detail, dim the brightness for late-night sessions, and jump anywhere with the thumbnail strip. Controls fade away while you read and reappear with a single tap.

Supported formats include CBZ, CBR, PDF, CBT and CB7, so whatever shape your collection is in, TritonPanels can open it.

A library worth keeping

Group issues into collections, line up a series in an ordered reading list, and tag anything you want to find again. Filter by unread, in-progress or completed, sort by series or date added, and search across titles, authors and publishers. Bookmark any page, attach a note, and pick up every comic exactly where you left off — with reading stats and streaks to track the journey.

Read anywhere

Download issues for offline reading on a flight or commute, with a configurable page cache to keep things fast and tidy. Light and dark themes keep your eyes happy, and there are no ads — ever. Diagnostics are anonymised, and because TritonPanels is local-first, your library and reading data stay on your device.
