Make the housework visible.
Most of a household’s work is invisible until it is not done. TritonChores puts it somewhere everyone can see: one shared list, with an owner and a due date on every job, and a record of who actually did what.
What’s inside
Enough structure to stop the arguments, and not so much that keeping it up to date becomes another chore.
One household, one list
Create a household and invite the people you live with by code. Everyone sees the same chores, who they are assigned to and when they are due — instead of the jobs that usually live in one person’s head.
Repeat without re-typing
Daily, weekly, monthly or a custom pattern. Save any chore as a template, or start from the built-in ones, so the weekly bin run is set up once and never again.
Reminders that fit your home
Choose when upcoming-due reminders arrive and whether overdue nudges are on at all. Every notification deep-links to the chore it is about, so acting on one is a single tap.
Points that reflect effort
Give each chore a point value that matches what it actually costs to do. Scrubbing the oven should not score the same as refilling the kettle.
Streaks, levels and a leaderboard
Completion history, points, streaks, levels and achievements, with a household leaderboard that keeps contributions visible — without turning the week into a project-management exercise.
Works when the signal does not
Recent household and chore data is cached on your device, so the app opens and stays readable with no connection, and supported changes sync once you are back.
How it works
About five minutes
- Create an account, then create a household
- Share the invite code with the people you live with
- Add the jobs that actually recur, and set who owns each one
- Pick a recurrence pattern instead of re-adding them each week
- Choose when reminders arrive, or turn them off
Mostly just ticking things off
- Tick a chore off and it schedules its own next occurrence
- Overdue nudges, if you want them, and only then
- Points, streaks and levels build from completion history
- A household leaderboard, so the split is visible without a row
- Everything stays readable offline and syncs when you reconnect
Version 1.0 contains no advertising, no subscription and no in-app purchase. TritonChores is a household organiser, not a monitoring tool — it records what was completed, not where anyone is.
