Settle your mind.
Shape your night.
TritonSleep is a calm, private sleep and dream toolkit. Layer relaxing soundscapes, ease down with breathing and guided routines, then record dreams and explore evidence-rated lucid-dreaming techniques. No ads. No account. No nonsense.
What you get
A library built for nighttime
Dozens of sounds — rain and thunder, ocean and streams, wind, a crackling fireplace, quiet fans, white, pink, green and brown noise, night crickets, ambient pads, a soft heartbeat, a cat’s purr and gentle felt-piano pieces — every one loop-tested so there are no seams to catch your ear.
Mix your perfect night
Layer up to five sounds — rain over a low fan, ocean under a soft pad, a generated tone beneath it all — balance each volume, and save your favourite combinations as one-tap mixes.
Drift off, not on
Sleep timers of 15 to 60 minutes with slow fade-outs from 30 seconds to 3 minutes — the silence never arrives suddenly. Audio keeps playing with the screen off.
New in 1.1: Dreams
A private, on-device space for remembering dreams and building a lucid-dreaming practice without turning bedtime into another scoreboard.
Private dream journal
Write or record a voice note when you wake, add tags and dream signs, use the low-light night screen, and export your journal whenever you choose. Entries stay on your device.
Techniques with context
Explore guided MILD, WBTB, SSILD, WILD, FILD and dream-incubation sessions with clear evidence ratings, overnight cues and an optional wake-back-to-bed alarm.
Build awareness gently
Spot recurring dream signs, set local reality-check reminders, follow the optional 30-day course, and review your own patterns without medical or guaranteed-result claims.
Dream and lucid-dreaming features are for general wellness, reflection and education only. Results vary, and the app does not diagnose or treat sleep conditions.
More than sounds
Breathe your way down
Guided breathing with a calm animated circle: Box Breathing, Slow Breathing, 4-7-8 and Calm 4-6 — or build your own custom rhythm. No jargon, no streak pressure.
A tone generator you can shape
Steady single tones and soft two-tone pulses, generated on the fly — start from a preset like Drift or Settle, or dial in your own frequency and blend it into a mix. Headphones recommended; keep it low and comfortable.
Wind-down routines & guided sessions
Five short routines that pair breathing with the right soundscape — Quick Reset, Mask Noise, Quiet Mind, Body Relax and Deep Drift — plus longer guided wind-downs for a racing mind or a body that won’t settle. Pick one, press play, put the phone down.
Quiet affirmations
Gentle affirmation decks to read as you settle — Calm Evening, Letting Go, Gratitude, Self-kindness and Restful Night. One calm line at a time, tap to continue.
Learn the why
A small library of short, practical reads — how sound masking works, what the noise colours mean, why slow breathing calms you, and how to shape a sleep-friendly bedroom. No fluff, no medical promises.
Gentle reminders
An optional bedtime reminder nudges you when it’s time to wind down. It’s a local notification on your device — nothing is sent to any server.
Yours, privately
No account, no analytics, no content backend. Your favourites, mixes, dream entries, optional voice notes and history stay on your device. Microphone access is requested only when you choose to record a voice note. Subscriptions are handled by the app stores — we never see your card details.
See it in action
