Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe the auto-renewing “Piece of Cake Pro” subscription. They are incorporated into our Terms of Use. They are written so you can find every fact required by Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2(a) and the equivalent Google Play subscription policy in one place.

1. Plans available

Prices shown are in EUR. Apple and Google may convert the price to your local currency at the rate they control; the price you see at the point of purchase is the price you will be charged.

2. Free trial

First-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial. The trial begins as soon as you start the subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first paid period at the price shown above. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

3. Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period (one month for Monthly, one year for Yearly) at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

4. Billing

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see, store, or have access to your payment-card details. The payment method on file with the store is charged at purchase, at trial conversion, and at each renewal.

5. How to cancel

iOS — App Store

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Piece of Cake, then Cancel Subscription.

Android — Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Select Piece of Cake and tap Cancel subscription.

Once cancelled, your access to Pro features continues until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

6. Refunds

We do not process subscription refunds directly because we do not handle the payment. Refund requests must go through the store that processed the purchase:

If you have a billing concern that the store cannot resolve, write to support@tritonapps.com and we will help where we can.

7. Price changes

If we change the price of a subscription, the new price applies to renewals only. We will notify you in advance through the App or by email and through the relevant store, in line with each store’s notification rules. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

8. Family sharing

On Apple, the Piece of Cake Pro subscription is shareable with your Family Sharing group, subject to Apple’s policies. On Google Play, sharing depends on Google’s family-library configuration; check the Play store listing for the current state.

9. Promotional offers

From time to time we may offer introductory prices, win-back offers, or promotional codes. The terms of any such offer are presented at the point of purchase and apply only to the offer period; renewals after the offer period are at the standard price set out in section 1.

11. If your subscription lapses

If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, gameplay features that require Pro will be gated, but your account, profile, friends, and game history are preserved. Resubscribe at any time to restore access.
