Quickstart
How do I sign up?
Open Piece of Cake, tap Create account, enter your email and a password. Confirm the email we send you and you’re in.
How do I start a table?
From the home tab, tap New table. Pick the game (Switch is the only one available right now), choose seat count, and share the invite link with friends. The host receives a password to share separately with the people they want at the table.
Account
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We’ll send you a link that opens the app (or this website if you’re on desktop) so you can set a new one.
Change my email
Profile → Edit profile → Change email. We send a confirmation to both addresses.
Delete my account
The complete steps are on the Account deletion page. The fastest path is in-app: Profile → Delete account.
Subscription
Start a free trial
From the paywall in-app, tap Start 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid period.
Manage or cancel
Apple App Store and Google Play own subscription billing — we cannot cancel for you. Step-by-step instructions for both stores are in our Subscription Terms.
Restore purchases
Profile → Manage subscription → Restore purchases. Use this if your subscription is showing as inactive after re-installing the app or switching device.
Refunds
Refund requests go through Apple (support.apple.com/HT204084) or Google (support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). If they can’t resolve a billing issue, write to us and we’ll help where we can.
Gameplay
How to play Switch
Match the suit or value of the top card in the discard pile, or play a special card (Aces and Jokers do something extra). The full rules are in-app: Profile → Rules → Switch.
Turn alerts
If you grant notification permission at first launch, we’ll send a quiet alert when it’s your turn. You can change this any time in Profile → Notifications.
Joining via invite link
Tap an invite link your friend shared. If you have the app, it opens directly to the lobby. If not, the link sends you to the right app store first; install the app, sign in, and tap the link again.
Troubleshooting
Is it us?
If lots of things look broken at once — sign-in, joining tables, your moves not landing — check our status page first: status.pieceofcake.tritonapps.com. If we’re investigating an incident, you’ll see it there before we have anything to say in support email.
My turn alert didn’t arrive
Check your device notification settings for Piece of Cake. On iOS: Settings → Notifications → Piece of Cake. On Android: Settings → Apps → Piece of Cake → Notifications. Also check that “Do Not Disturb” or focus modes aren’t silencing them.
I can’t sign in
Try resetting your password from the sign-in screen. If you signed up recently, check your email for a verification link — you have to confirm before you can sign in.
The app crashed
Sorry — please email support@tritonapps.com with the device, OS version, and what you were doing when it happened. The app sends anonymised crash traces automatically (via Sentry), and your bug report helps us reproduce the issue.
